Polkadot unites and secures a growing ecosystem of specialized blockchains called parachains. Apps and services on Polkadot can securely communicate across chains, forming the basis for a truly interoperable decentralized web.

Bounties and Prizes

  • Prizes:

    • 1st place: $3500

    • 2nd place: $2500

    • 3rd place: $1500

    Additional info:

    • All dApp categories and infrastructure solutions are eligible to compete for the grand prizes.

    Judging Criteria:

    • We expect to see well written Readme explaining what the projects are about and how their implementations were made.

  • Prizes:

    • Prize pool: $2500 (multiple winners)

    Additional info:

    • Follow the workshops and use the explanations and instructions to deploy a copy of the presented projects or alter them to something of your choosing.

    Judging Criteria:

    • You need to share details about which workshop you got the inspiration from in your Readme. Differentiating your project from the ones presented during the workshops will be a bonus.

  • Prizes:

    • 1st place: Free UNLIMITED ACCESS for 2 months, project marketing and a 20 percent discount for 3 months on Dedicated Nodes

    • 2nd place: Free UNLIMITED ACCESS for 2 months and project marketing (including interviews and articles with the project + a describing use-case)

    • 3rd place: Free UNLIMITED ACCESS for 1 month

    Additional info:

    • The teams have to register on GetBlock.io and share their user id to get access to rewards.

  • Prizes:

    • 1st place: 30,000 cACU

    • 2nd place: 15,000 cACU

    • 3rd place: Google Pixel phone to become an Acurast Processor

    Additional info:

    • Acurast, a decentralized serverless cloud where everyone can become part of the decentralized Cloud with their mobile phone. Giving developers complete permissionless access to compute that is trustless, affordable and confidential.

    • With Acurast's Data Feed and On-Demand features, one or more devices can be trustlessly instructed to confidentially run apps e.g., an oracle fetching a price.

    Judging Criteria:

    Create a no-code, easy-to-use frontend to quickly spin up an EVM oracle for fetching crypto asset prices:

    • User can define in the frontend one or multiple exchange APIs and one or multiple price pairs

    • User can select interval based or on-demand oracle

    • EVM contract receiving the answer, with allowlisting of Acurast Processors

    • Deployment of the EVM test contract through the frontend

    • Create Acurast Job with the defined APIs and execution schedule

    • Show answers of oracle contract in the frontend, if on-demand oracle, ability to call deployed On-Demand oracle in the frontend

  • Prizes:

    • Winner prize of 7,500 cACU

    Additional info:

    Judging Criteria:

    • Leverage Acurast's compute in your application e.g., deploy oracle app, deploy on-demand oracle app, deploy an app.
